Courses on ChinesePath.com are sold as one-time purchases. Access is permanent for the duration of the platform's operation, with no recurring fees.
Eligibility for Refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed any exercises in your purchased course.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
1. More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
2. You have completed any exercise in a paid unit of your purchased course, which constitutes use of the product and disqualifies the purchase from a refund.
3. Upgrading to a higher-tier plan cannot be reversed or refunded back to a lower-tier plan.
How to Request a Refund
Please submit your refund request through the Contact Us page, including your registered email address and the date of purchase. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
